Employment
Applications are available to fill out online beginning May 1st.
We beginning hiring June 1st for the Strawberry season.

Why it's great to be on our team!

We hire people who love to have FUN! Otter Berry Farm is the hardest fun job you will ever have. We not only provide high quality, fresh strawberries for our guests, we are also in the entertainment business. This means people pay us "to have fun".  Fun is defined differently by each person, but each person knows what fun is.

As an employee, it is likely that you will interact with people who are looking for a fun, family-friendly activity. They have planned their adventure, driven an hour or more, and are planning to spend part of their day with us.

Our job at the farm is to make sure guests are having a good time and we are providing the BEST produce possible when picking berries for them. Sound fun?

If it doesn't, don't apply for this job.  Each year we have more applicants than we can possibly hire, so if you aren't up for smiling and helping people, we don't need you.

Fair enough?

Why's the Job SO Great?

Short term seasonal jobs with flexible scheduling. We are looking for superstars who are friendly and LOVE to be outside! We will train you how to quickly and efficiently pick the juiciest, most delicious berries for our customers who are unable to pick their own. This is a FAST PACED job where you earn money based on how much you pick each day. Picking berries not your thing? We are also hiring friendly faces for our customer services positions.

The perfect candidate LOVES to be outside, is a self starter, has great attention to detail, and is punctual. The summer season begins mid/late June and ends the first part of July. Exceptional summer employees are offered fall employment at our weekend corn maze.
